The mission of the Western Kansas Coalition for First Responders is to promote an educational and supportive means of dealing with the occupational traumas sustained from the first responder professions. 

Our goal is to provide the first responder with therapeutic services and educational instruction to assist them in returning to a sense of normal livelihood.  

Western Kansas Coalition for First Responders understands that our first responders see and deal with horrific things daily.  We also know that getting assistance for first responders involved in traumatic incidents can be daunting because of available resources.

Western Kansas Coalition for First Responders offers a week-long mental health, faith-based retreat to all first responders free of charge or at a minimal cost. No one should suffer in silence, feel alone, or try to deal with the trauma that hinders our day-to-day life.  We can't change the past but we can provide tools and educational options for a solid future.
